WILE, Gwendolyn "Gwen" Marie -91 of Bridgewater, formerly of Pentz, passed away January 14, 2026 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater.

Born in Petite Riviere, she was a daughter of the late Lloyd R. and Lillian (Jenkins) Corkum.

Gwen spent many years working in the office at Himmelman’s Supply in Lahave.

Surviving are her brother Graham (Mary Lou), Pleasantville; step-daughter June Harahan (Tom), Pleasantville; grandson Keegan, Ontario; step-grandchildren Dara and Ryan Hanrahan; numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her first husband Dean Getson; second husband Grant Wile; daughter Tracy; brothers Gerald Corkum, Robert A. Corkum; grandson Morgan.

The family will receive friends for a time of fellowship on Thursday January 22, 2026 in Westside United Church Hall, Pentz with words of comfort beginning at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to West Side United Church or St. Peter’s Cemetery.

Interment will be held 1:00pm Tuesday June 23, 2026 in St. Peters Cemetery, Pentz
