WOLFE, Lynne Elaine - 70 of Greenfield, passed away peacefully on August 4, 2024 in Queens General Hospital, Liverpool, with her husband by her side.

Born in Liverpool, she was a daughter of the late Carl and Myrtus (Veinot) Freeman. In her younger years, Lynne was employed at Middlefield County home, but her favourite job was at KOA Campgrounds, where she looked after the horses and provided campers with horse back rides and hay rides. She loved her family and could always be found doing things with her husband, as they were inseparable. She always called Kerri and Meghan "her girls".
Being outside in the wood pile or her gardens was an enjoyable time. She loved her Bronco, which she restored herself. She also had a love for German Shepherds and her kitty Tigger. Lynne was a very outspoken person and was direct to the point, but you always knew where you stood.
Surviving are her husband Richard; son Gregory; daughter Kerri and her "second daughter" Joanne Schnare (Chris); brother Eric (Debbie); sister Joan; brother-in laws Johnny (Joanne), Raymond (Evelyn); sister -in-law Gloria (Gilbert); numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by brothers Roger and Dolan; brother -in-laws Larry and Ernie; sisters -in-law Marjorie (Clair); mother and father -in-law Marie and Pat Wolfe.

A celebration of life will be held at the Greenfield Fire Hall, Greenfield, on Saturday August 24, from 2-4pm. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
