HYNICK, Donna Joyce- 75 of Voglers Cove passed away quietly in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater, ending a battle with cancer.

Born July 18, 1948 she was the daughter of the late Gerald and Olive (Carlton) McIsaac, of Halifax.

Donna enjoyed her family and friends. She spent many hours with her children, her grandchildren and great grandchildren at her home in Voglers Cove. She enjoyed camping with friends and her beloved husband, Glenwood until his passing in 2017. She was surrounded by family in her final days.

Donna is survived by her two sons, John (Leigh), Curtis (Theressa); grandchildren Morgan (Steven), Kyle, Deanna (Andrew) and Julie Ann; great grandchildren Sofia , Amelia and Gracie-May, Nora. She is also survived by her loving brother George (Marilyn) and many nieces and nephews.

Donna was predeceased by her husband Glenwood; sister, Joyce; two brothers Russell and Milton and great grandson Andrew (Hatt).

There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Memorial service will be held at 3pm on Friday July 19, 2024 at R.A. Corkum Funeral Home, Wileville, Pastor Dana Pardy officiating. Private family interment will be held at a later date. No flowers by request. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.

Her sons wish to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of South Shore Regional Hospital for their dedicated care and compassion. They would also like to acknowledge the care and assistance provided by her sister in-law Marlene (Bob) and brother in-law Eugene (Dale).
