Linda Saulnier was born March 4th 1957 in Bridgewater and passed away peacefully with family by her side April 25th 2024 at the age of 67.

Linda grew up in Bridgewater with her parents and 8 siblings (2 passed away at birth- Phillip and Christopher) in a tiny home next to a huge field where cows grazed the grass.

Linda loved properly arranged flowers, spending hours in the garden gardening, sitting on the deck overlooking the lake and her grandchildren Ethan and Alexis were the highlight of her life.

Linda had an amazing sense of humour and a beautiful laugh! Her wit was razor sharp, she made her whole family laugh with her outrageous and exaggerated facial expressions, and all her silly sayings.

Linda went on and met George (aka Little Precious) and bought their forever home in Hemford Forest, where they did plenty of renovations. She and George shared their love and opened their home to so many. They enjoyed Boxing Day gatherings with many family and friends.

Linda was a deeply beloved mother, aunt, cousin, sister and friend. She battled cancer for many years and fought hard until the end. While we lost our most beloved mom and partner, many have lost a friend and loved one in her.

She was preceded to heaven by her mother and father, aunts and uncles, and two siblings at birth. She is survived by her ex- husband and father of her children Alyre Saulnier (Kathy) of Halifax, their children Adam (Jenny) Saulnier and Nicole Saulnier, both from Halifax, two grandchildren Ethan Saulnier and Alexis Saulnier, sisters Irene Struthers, Elizabeth Aulenback, Judy (Peter) Williams, and bothers Gary (Darlene) Aulenback, Brian Aulenback and Mark Aulenback, as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends. She leaves behind the love of her life and best friend George Bell who was by her side every step of the way and looking after her each time she was discharged home from the hospital, we will never forget what you have done for our loving mom. Her best friends Connie Banfield who she adored for decades, Pam and Joy who made sure they made her mornings special by enjoying coffee and tea time.

Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of the R.A. Corkum Funeral Home, Wileville, where on-line condolences may be made by visiting www.corkumfuneralhome.ca
