Ethel Lena Dagley, 73, of Italy Cross, Lunenburg County.
It is with great sadness that our family announces her passing in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Conquerall Mills, she was the daughter of the late Earle and Marjorie (Hebb) Dagley.
Ethel will be remembered as a special person. Ethel liked everyone and she would always be sure to tell you " I like you." She liked her pet dog and cat and enjoyed watching the birds and colouring. Ethel made many wonderful friends over the years with Lunenburg County Home Support workers who treated her dearly, especially Mary Ann Young.
Ethel is survived by her devoted sister Dorothy (Garry) Zwicker where she lived for the past 40 years, also nephew David Zwicker; niece Tanya Zwicker (Chris); great nephew Ethan Hooper; great niece Helena Hooper, also special Aunt Nita Conrad; cousins and friends.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by brothers Donald and David.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday July 27, 2021 at 11am at the St. Matthias Anglican Cemetery, Italy Cross. Family flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to the St. Matthias Anglican Cemetery, Italy Cross or charity of choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to R.A.
