PARKER

(Ogilvie) - Murray Allan - 58, LaBelle, Queen’s County passed away peacefully in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater on January 10, 2017. Born in Calgary, Alberta, he was the son of the late Onslow and Marie (Parker) Ogilvie. He had worked several years as a fisherman. Murray was a jack of many trades and worked at several different jobs. He also loved to work on vehicles and was an avid woodworker who has pieces all over the world. He took great pride in his woodwork. Murray is survived by his only child, Stephanie Parker, Wilmot; brothers Gary Ogilvie, Oxford, Darrell Ogilvie, Kentville, Tub "Kenneth" Ogilvie, Aylesford; sisters Janet Pulsifer, Aylesford, Shirley Ogilvie, Auburn. He has many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his wife, Sheila (Mailman) Parker; paternal grandparents Chester and Dorothy Ogilvie. Upon his request there will be no visitation. A Celebration of Life will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 21, 2017 in Greenfield Fire Hall. Everyone is welcome to attend. A Private Graveside Service will be held at a later date. Memorial Donations may be made Canadian Lung Association or a charity of your choice.
