, Robert Evatt "Bob" - 70, Conquerall Mills, passed away peacefully April 16, 2015 after a short battle with Pancreatic CA. He was the son of the Late Evatt and Phyllis (Awalt) Lewis of Conquerall Bank. Bob was employed by the Dartmouth Fire Service for 35 years. He truly enjoyed his time in the fire department and made many lifelong friendships. Bob took great pride in keeping his property on Fitch Lake looking neat and clean. He was a go to Grampie to his grandchildren. If they wanted anything fixed or made, or in their later years driven anywhere, they knew he was the guy to go to. Bob is survived by his wife Kathy (Robertson), Conquerall Mills; his daughter Karen (Jamie) Weagle, Conquerall Mills; son Scott (Kylie)(Griffiths), Australia. He was the best grampie to Emma and Robert Boutilier, Conquerall Mills, Jack and Ethan Lewis, Australia, Richard and Laura Weagle, Conquerall Mills. We love you Gramp. The family would like to thank Lori Giffin N.P., Dr. Christian Pugh and nursing staff on 4th floor Medical SSRH, Dr. Abriel and his Palliative Care Team. Your kindness, support and respect was greatly appreciated. Cremation has taken place under the direction of the R.A. Corkum Funeral Home, Wileville, where the Family will receive friends from 2-4pm Tuesday April 21, 2015. At Bob’s personal request, there will be no formal service or Interment.
