Dianne Elizabeth Keddy

It with great sadness that the family of Dianne Elizabeth Keddy, 78, of Martin’s Brook announces her passing on Tuesday, November 24th, 2020 in Queens Manor, Liverpool.

Born in Second Peninsula, Dianne was the daughter of the late Basil and Pearl (Baugil) Veinotte.

Dianne served her community as an active member of the St. John’s Anglican Church, Lunenburg as well as a local garden club and in her early years working as a jeweller in Lunenburg. After giving birth to her sons, she lovingly became a homemaker, typically putting her family’s needs in front of her own. She enjoyed the simple pleasures of life with her collections and her flower gardens- always making sure her home was welcoming.

Dianne will be lovingly remembered by her sons Trevor (Catherine), Jamie (Dionne) and grandchildren Julian, Joshua, Isis and Rylen.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of 49 years, Lawrence and her sister Carolyn.

A graveside service for family only will be held at a later date in Martin’s Brook Cemetery and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the R.A. Corkum Funeral Home, Wileville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Queen’s General Hospital, Dialysis Unit, Liverpool.
