LeBlanc, Eleanor Gertrude, 97, of South Brookfield, passed away peacefully on Thursday March 14, 2019 at Queens General Hospital in Liverpool. Born in West Caledonia, she was a daughter of the late Ardis (Carver) Corkum. Eleanor was a long time resident of South Brookfield and more recently of Meadowbrook Manor. She will be missed by many friends. She is survived by her daughter Paulette Corkum (Mitch); sister Freda and brother Herman; grandchildren Ben (Synthia), Kate (Carlin), Caleb(Katie); great grandchildren Jesse, Ronan, Alexander (Zander) and Kahri. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Anthony and a brother Kenneth. Visitation will be held Thursday 2-4 at R.A. Corkum Funeral Home, Wileville. Funeral service1:30pm Friday in St. Jerome’s Roman Catholic Church, West Caledonia, Father Charles Offor officiating. Interment will follow in Harmony Cemetery. Family flowers only.
