JODREY, Vera Elizabeth "Garmie" - 101 of New Canada, passed away October 16, 2018 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born In Bear River, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Sadie (Wagner) Blackadar. Surviving are her daughter Jane Ritcey (Bruce); granddaughter Lisa Ritcey; grandson Joel Ritcey (Jamie Brewer); great-grandson Josh Simpson; Step great granddaughter Adina Brewer, all of New Canada; special Caregiver Marjorie Russell; sister-in-law Viola Blackadar; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Russell; brothers Raymond and Clifford; sister Alma. Visitation will be 6:30-8:30 Thursday in New Canada Baptist Church, and where Funeral service will be held 10:30am Friday, Pastor Wayne Dominey Officiating.
