HERMAN, Harvey Lloyd -82 of Berwick, formerly of Italy Cross, passed away October 30, 2017 in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Middlewood, he was a son of the Late Clayton and Susie ( Steadman) Herman. Harvey enjoyed hunting and fishing and walking through the woods. He especially loved the bus trips he took with the Nursing Home and regularly attended church. He worked in his younger years on the Okay Service Boats and for many years after that for the CNR, from where he retired. After his retirement he was employed with Department Of Transportation as a Flagger. Surviving are his half-sister Shirley Maynard; cousins Joyce Rhyno, Shirley Wile, Beverley Breckenridge, Aubrey Rhyno and their families. He was predeceased by his cousin Dougie Rhyno. Visitation 2-4pm Wednesday, Funeral Service 2:00pm Thursday, both in R.A. Corkum Funeral Home, Wileville. Rev. Vivian Moores officiating. Interment in Italy Cross Cemetery.
