Reginald Allen - 74, Waterloo passed away peacefully on Sunday July 17,2016 at South Shore Regional Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Born in Lapland, he was a son of the late Maurice and Nina Veinot. Co-owner/operator of Oonomkeakee Farms until declining health prevented him from doing want he loved most. He served 30 years with the Lapland Fire Department as chief and on the Board of Directors. Long serving member of the Board of Directors of the Bridgewater Farmers Co-op and Federation of Agriculture, 4-H leader and a member of the Blueberry Growers. He is survived by his wife Georgina; Step-daughters , 5 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild : brothers Carmon, Gerald and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by sisters Marilyn and Harriet.  Memorial Service will be held 11:00amThursday August 4 at Lapland United Baptist Church, where the family will receive friends from 10:00am prior to the service at 11:00. Deacon Patrick Morris officiating. Interment in Waterloo Cemetery, Reception to follow at Lapland and District Fire hall. Family flowers only.
