CONNOLLY, Wallace Earl - 64, Middlewood, Lunenburg County passed away peacefully February 11, 2010 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater, after a brief battle with cancer. Born in Bridgewater he was a son of the late Carmon and Helen (Bollivar) Connolly.

He was a devoted husband, father and a doting grandfather. In his younger years he worked in the Christmas tree yards, then as a mechanic and he worked 27 years at the Department of Transportation as a snowplow operator and truck driver until his retirement in 2004. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. Surviving are his wife, Diane (Shaw); daughter, Marie (Tommy) Crouse, Waterloo; sons, Randall, Middlewood; Earl at home; granddaughters, Liane and Danielle; sister, Julia (Ronnie) Crouse, Middlewood; numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers-in-infancy.

There will be no funeral service or visitation by family request. Cremation has taken place under the direction of the R. A. Corkum Funeral Home, Wileville.
